I’ve been reflecting on how much traveling has shaped who I am and the work I do, and I wanted to share some of those thoughts with you. Ever since I was a kid, traveling with my choir, exploring new places has been woven into my life. Those early adventures ignited a passion for exploration and discovery in me. Each trip I take now is more than just a getaway – it’s a collection of rich experiences that fill me with anticipation and wonder.

Every trip, no matter how big or small, inspires my jewellery creations. It’s not just the sights and sounds that stir my creativity, but the emotions they evoke and the stories they tell. Whether it’s the vibrant colors of a bustling market, the serene beauty of a secluded beach, the taste of yummy cocktails on a rooftop bar, or the rich history of an ancient city, each destination leaves its mark on me.

For instance, the trip to New York was a turning point for me. Walking through the city, I was struck by the eclectic blend of art, fashion, and culture. The energy was contagious! It was there that one of my collections was born. The vibrancy and dynamism of New York renewed my sense of creativity and ambition.

Then there are the quieter moments, like watching the sunset from a rooftop bar, the city lights twinkling below, and the soft hum of conversations around me. These moments create a sense of magic and possibility, inspiring some of the more delicate pieces in my collection.

Traveling isn’t just about seeing new places; it’s about feeling them, experiencing their essence, and letting them change you. Each journey shapes my perspective and fuels my creativity, making every piece of jewellery I create a small part of my adventures.
