All deliveries are free of charge and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver UK orders within 1-3 working days and international orders within 5 working days.
Please note that the delivery timelines may be slightly longer if a piece needs to be resized.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic identification is required. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Alternative Delivery Address
You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.
Delivery times
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to arrive 24 hours after dispatch during the working week. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.

We are confident you will love your KC jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes).
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved at your request.
For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at KC. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes this.
